What's New This Week...

2012 is shaping up to be a very exciting year in real estate, both for buyers and sellers.  Inventory is low (almost at a "balanced level"), rates are low (houses are affordable), and demand is high (everyone is sick of living in they're old house or mom and dad's basement).  The action is picking up, even though the weather is getting chillier.  Buyers and sellers are making moves.  2012 will be a hot year and you'll kick yourself if you waited until 2013 to make the move you're after.
